The new 2016 Honda Accord Coupe is fun to drive, upscale, and stylish, and it’s really like no other model on the market. There aren’t many midsize coupes left, and there simply aren’t any that can compete with the upgraded Honda Accord Coupe available now here at Community Honda of Orland Park. See what’s new for 2016 before you stop by from Frankfort, IL and the rest of Chicagoland to take it for a spin!

What’s New for 2016

What’s new for 2016? Well, the 2016 Honda Accord Coupe receives some styling changes that make it look more aggressive while also improving aerodynamics. While the styling changes aren’t exactly radical or revolutionary, if you look closely you can see a new grille, revised bumpers, a sculpted aluminum hood, new lighting front and rear, and new bumpers. There are also new wheel designs and new LED accents available.

Finally, the new Accord is available with the high-tech Honda Sensing suite of preventative safety features. This system adds lane departure and forward collision warning and mitigation systems to help prevent accidents before they happen.

Under the Hood

The 2016 Honda Accord Coupe is available in a 2.4L Earth Dreams four-cylinder that makes 185 hp and 181 lb-ft of torque and earns an EPA rating of 26 mpg city/35 mpg highway*. You can also upgrade to a 278 hp 3.5L V6 engine that still earns an impressive EPA estimate of 21 mpg city/32 mpg highway with a six-speed automatic transmission, or 18 mpg city/28 mpg highway with a six-speed manual transmission.
